Total carb count for this menu depends on the proportion of choice. If you½ to 1 cup of spaghetti squash, 2 cups of sauce, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, and 4 tablespoons salad dressing and dessert is only 31 grams of carbohydrates.

Two pounds of beef round, sliced ½ inch thick slices

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 cups tomato sauce
¼ cup chopped onion

Total count of carbohydrates for dinner if you eat a beef sandwich and ½ cup of peas and carrots are almost 20.5 grams.
