Many of the myths of weight loss centers around the area to burn fat. Proponents of aerobic exercise, usually opinions on their students to take a slow, steady and continuous aerobic activity to burn more fat. The problem is that this is a big miscalculation.
At rest. The body of energy, mainly from three sources: proteins, fats and carbohydrates as protein is very difficult to handle, the body uses fats and carbohydrates before, with a ratio of 70/30. But, asbody moves, the source switches from carbohydrates to fat. As the body carries more intense, more fat is eliminated in the fuel mix. So simple that the body uses carbohydrates, high-intensity activities to maintain.
Now, using simple logic, one can conclude that, to use more fat, the activity in a slow and steady rhythm. This is good logic, but completely wrong. You see, if the body uses the stored energy at rest or low intensityactivities that are consumed fewer calories, though. The opposite is true when you have high-intensity exercises. This is actually one.
The second point is that they are closer to the fire zone, when you rest, not when you train. Literally, it's really something for the state to achieve, to do, burn most of the stored energy.
So ultimately it is a question whether the use of fats and carbohydrates to balance on the basis ofpercentage or count on the total amount of energy lost from the body. And 'the percentage or the absolute amount of calories?
Since not much can be done on the natural system through the use of fuel of the body, all you have to do is watch the bottom line. Of course the first thing wants to burn more energy.
