The low carb diet plan, more commonly known as the Atkins diet is popular since 1970. These diets offer quick weight loss, because starchy foods like pasta, rice, potatoes, bread, peas and corn are not allowed.
Unfortunately this plan to lose weight, but I have a bad rap in recent years because it has a number of people who are sick. This is mainly because people forget to change your mind, when making food choices to use.
